    This will give you an idea what is involved to make this work and end up with some rear storage.
    The seat slides under the gas tank same as OEM.
    There are two brackets at the bak inside the tool box that bolt to the tunnel.
    You will also have to cut your stock cover and fab up an insert for the back.
    It would be a good idea to use heat shield material on the bottom of the seat.
